By accessing or using Glutrack, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country) and agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Glutrack is currently made available through an enrollment process with your care team as part of a quality improvement project; use of the app is also subject to that project's informed consent procedures.

2. Use of the application

Glutrack is designed to help you track and manage your health, particularly information related to diabetes, such as food intake, glucose levels, exercise, and medication.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Use the application only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not misuse, attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the application.
