How do I log in to Glutrack?

You log in using the Patient ID and password given to you by your care team when you enrolled. If you don't have these yet, ask your provider at your next visit.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign-in screen, or contact your care team directly — they can help reset your access.

Is Glutrack available on the App Store or Google Play?

Not yet. Glutrack is currently available to participants enrolled through Texas Tech Physicians of El Paso as part of a quality improvement project. Public app store availability is coming soon.

What information does Glutrack ask me to log?

Five things each day: glucose readings, medication taken, food and portions, exercise minutes, and any low blood sugar symptoms. It takes just a few minutes.

Does Glutrack replace my doctor's advice?

No. Glutrack is a self-monitoring tool that works alongside your care team — it doesn't replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always talk to your provider about changes to your care.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. Glutrack identifies you only by Patient ID, not your name, and your data is stored on secure, encrypted systems. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What if I'm having a medical emergency?

Glutrack is not for emergencies. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) right away.

Still need help?

Reach out to the Glutrack team and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you're an enrolled participant, your care team is usually the fastest way to get help.
